"Gus and Jackie exceeded our highest expectations with their beautiful and talented voices for our wedding Mass. Gus plays so well and Jackie's lovely voice is the perfect complement. This power couple was so responsive and easy to work with. They accommodated all of our requests and performed flawlessly. We got several glowing compliments on the music from guests later! Gus and Jackie helped put our nerves at ease, and even prayed for us. People will definitely remember the music played at your event and you want it to be top-notch. "Planning my wedding was very hectic and constantly had me stressed because we were trying to squeeze it in the time my husband had leave and before he deployed. But planning the mass was by far the easiest part because I already knew that I wanted Gus to be the pianist. He provided me with an outline of the mass and it was very helpful because it showed us how many songs needed to be chosen and where they would be played. I had a pretty specific idea for how I wanted my entrance song to go and Gus 100% delivered. He was also super accommodating as I wanted my younger brother to sing the responsorial psalm. He practiced with him and it was beautiful when it was performed. Having him be the pianist was the best wedding decision that I made."

"Gus played piano at our Catholic wedding at St. Francis of Assisi in June. When we first met Gus, I was frazzled from all the wedding planning and I was not familiar with the elements of a Catholic wedding. To be completely honest, I had no idea how to start planning the music for our wedding. I was so thankful to have found Gus! He made planning the music for our wedding fun and easy. Planning our wedding music was by far, the easiest and best part of planning our entire wedding. Gus came full of ideas and recommendations when we first met. We were truly amazed with his knowledge of modern, classical and Christian music. His kindness, professionalism and overall talent was truly amazing. We asked Gus to learn a John Mayer song for my bridal entrance, and he taught himself the song. His performance of the song was absolutely perfect during the ceremony. Our wedding guests were truly amazed with his musical complexity throughout the entire ceremony. Not only is Gus extremely talented in his musical performance, but his showmanship, delivery, and appearance add to the perfection of his overall performance. Our guests even came up to us after our wedding to tell us that the music during our wedding ceremony was absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend Gus and have told many friends and family about how wonderful it was to work with him. We were so lucky and blessed to have him as our musician for our wedding and for him to be a part of the most important day of our lives!"

"After about an hour of searching on google for a musician that could work well with my best friend, who is a professional vocalist, to perform at our Catholic church wedding, I found Gus. Let me just say I had no idea at all if he had experience coordinating with the vocalist on performing a Catholic wedding, but of I left him a message. Gus called me back almost within the hour to discuss 'details', and after chatting with him a little bit I knew by his know how, the way he described his experiences and style of performance along with his training I had found my musician. My final test was to pass him on to speak with my best friend because I knew SHE knew music, and she told me later on "this guy know his stuff." I hired him instantly, and lets just say God works in mysterious ways because he was not only perfect for the Mass, he knew how to put a spin on my entrance song just the way it pulled at my very soul. I wanted a special song for walking down the aisle and when I asked if he knew it, he of course did, and played like a professional concert pianist. I was blown away. Don't even consider anyone else and look no further, for price and talent, Gus is fair, diligent and flexible with his schedule, and cares about making the customer happy."

"I was married on June 5th, 2016 and never would have even imagined how much more special a pianist would make my church ceremony. I hired Gus Rojas and he professionally walked me and my husband through all of the steps we needed to take to plan the songs that we wanted him to play, and he eagerly and with joy, offered to play each and every song for us before the wedding so that we made sure we liked his music. I am so very grateful I met Gus and was able to make him a part of my special day because I know I could not imagine not having his gracious music being played in the background all during mine and my husband's wedding in the Lord's house. He also made it so easy to pick songs and why a certain song can be chosen depending on the emotional value of each one. I was lucky enough to have Gus and Jackie by my side who helped me every step of the way and truly made my vision a reality. I had explained to Gus how we wanted both families to feel comfortable during worship so to find a happy medium between old traditional Catholic hymns (approx 35% of guests), Nondenominational worship, (approx 40% of guests) and Church of Christ a capella (approx 25% of guests). He did a great job balancing the styles of worship and was very professional. I would recommend Gus for any type of event."

"Ever since I was a little girl all I can remember is dreaming of the day of my wedding. And with the help of Gus, it came true. They say its ideal to have a wedding planner to make things easy on ones self but then I thought I'd miss all the fun. Turns out the fun soon turned to stress but Gus helped ease some of that stress away. I had no clue on where to start looking for music for the mass ceremony but Gus said it was fine that he could show me some of the stuff he had. Well boy did he have stuff! He had every wedding song you could think of. Gus is an experienced musician who played for our Universitie's church choir every Sunday. He played optional wedding songs based off the readings my husband and I chose. I wanted to make sure the music for the Mass was perfect because, after all, its the main and most important part of a wedding. Instantly, I was captivated by the songs and the perfect way he played and sang them. I literally saw myself the day of my wedding walking down the isle looking into the eyes of my other half smiling with joy. The songs were so perfect. Originally, I couldn't make up my mind because I wanted them all played so to help make up my mind Gus played and sang a song 4 times so I could be sure which songs I wanted. Gus was extremely patient with me knowing how picky I can be and despite the repetition of the singing and playing, he did the songs justice every time. The day of my wedding was one of the best days of my life. I hadn't even made it past the two benches when I was a crying mess. It was just as I had imagined before. The music was perfect! It made my wedding that much more special. People are always moved by music, music touches your soul and that's exaclty what happened that day, just ask my guest, they cried too. Gus was professional, genuine, punctual, easy, and fun to work with. I recommend him to anyone and everyone (don't go for the mariachis) - trust me you won't regret it. You made my dream come true and for that I am indebted to you, thank you so much!"

"We can't thank Gus enough for his wonderful piano/singing at our December 9, 2017 wedding at historic Mission San Jose Catholic Church. Since we were working outside of our home parish, finding a musician to meet the church standards and liturgical needs of the mass seemed like an overwhelming task; thankfully, those worries were put away the moment we met with Gus. From our initial meeting to discuss our musical needs for our ceremony, to then setting up the outline for our mass - Gus put us at ease and was wonderful to work with on our big day. The music he helped us select based on our readings for our service were a wonderful accompaniment to the ceremony. . Gus even learned a Coldplay song that held special meaning for us and played it before the ceremony started while guests were arriving.
